SBEM’s Calibration Chamber 139 CC is a precision-engineered component designed to ensure accurate calibration of SBEM’s Servo Gauge systems in both pressurized and non-pressurized storage tanks. Installed between the Servo Gauge and stilling well or isolation ball valve, the 139 CC provides a stable reference point via a mechanical stopper, enabling exact displacer positioning for calibration purposes. Ideal for global industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and bulk liquid storage, this chamber ensures isolation of the Servo Gauge during maintenance through a full-bore ball valve. For low-pressure applications (up to 6 kg/cm²), the unit features a cast aluminium LM-6 body with an optional visual reference window. For high-pressure use, the chamber is available in carbon steel, SS304, or SS316. It includes vital accessories like a weatherproof pressure gauge and a stainless-steel needle valve for safe depressurization. The 139 CC guarantees operational accuracy, durability, and safety across diverse industrial environments worldwide.
