Introduction

SBEM’s ESR Management System with battery-operated devices provides an integrated measurement and monitoring f ramework using battery-operated radar level transmitter, battery-operated electromagnetic flow meters (with/without built-in pressure transmitter), battery-operated pressure transmitter, an IoT-based web app (SenSphere), and a bluetoothbased configuration mobile app (SensLink). The system transmits  ggregated data to SBEM’s secure cloud platform for viewing, analysis, and reporting.

Key Components

Battery-Operated Radar Level Transmitter:

Provides accurate, contactless level measurement of the Elevated Storage Reservoir using 80 GHz radar technology. Powered by a long-life lithium battery, it ensures reliable monitoring even in remote or powerlimited areas.

Battery-Operated Electromagnetic Flow Meter (with/without Built-In Pressure Transmitter):

Measures inlet and outlet water flow with high precision. The optional builtin pressure transmitter allows simultaneous monitoring of flow and pressure from a single compact device.

Battery-Operated Pressure Transmitter:

Monitors pressure within the ESR distribution system. Its low-power design enables continuous pressure monitoring without external power, contributing to a fully independent, battery-driven measurement network.

Telemetry Communication Module:

Facilitates secure transmission of all measurement data (level, flow, and pressure) f rom field devices to the SBEM IoT web app. It ensures uninterrupted data exchange through reliable communication protocols.

IoT-Based Web App (SenSphere):

An IoT platform for monitoring and analyzing data from all connected ESR devices. It enables secure access, customizable dashboards, and detailed reporting for performance insights and water management optimization.

Bluetooth-Based Configuration Mobile App (SensLink):
