The M2M is an intelligent, active GPRS Remote Terminal with a built-in data logger, offering a highly integrated, stand-alone solution for M2M applications. It features a GSM/GPRS module, 4 digital/pulse inputs, 4 analog inputs, 1 RS485 port, and 1 RS232 port for configuration. This device can be used in various M2M applications to transfer local I/O and Modbus device data via GPRS at defined intervals. It comes with an easy-to-use configuration utility that simplifies setup, eliminating the need to manage complex GPRS and internet communication protocols. The M2M device transfers field data (such as flow, level, temperature, pressure, mass, etc.) to a central system or server with a fixed/static IP using GPRS technology. Additionally, it is capable of recording data from field devices and retrieving this data via a flash drive or host PC through the USB port after the set interval.
