SBEM’s AquaWave 80G Battery Operated Radar – Model 138 WB is an IoT-enabled, wireless level measurement solution engineered for global water and wastewater management applications. Operating at 80 GHz frequency with an 8° beam angle, this radar transmitter ensures accurate liquid level monitoring up to 35 meters with a blind zone of just 150 mm. Powered by integrated lithium cells with a battery life of up to 5 years, the 138 WB supports 4G telemetry with 2G fallback for uninterrupted data transmission. It features configurable sending intervals, event-based alerts, data logging, and end-to-end encryption, making it ideal for remote water reservoirs, ETPs, STPs, ballast water tanks, food grain silos, and freshwater systems. Built with a robust aluminium body and PBT antenna, it operates within -1 to 2 bar pressure and 0 to 60°C temperature range. Designed for threaded or flanged installations, the AquaWave 138 WB offers unmatched performance in public health engineering, steel, defence, and food sectors.
