SBEM’s ProWave80G Series – Model 138 W84 is a compact and highly reliable radar level transmitter engineered for accurate measurement in slightly corrosive liquid-based industrial processes across global sectors such as chemicals, food, feed, sugar, and pharmaceuticals. Operating at 80 GHz using Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar technology, the 138 W84 provides a measuring range of up to 60 meters with a beam angle of 3°, ensuring precision even in narrow or small-diameter vessels. It supports a 2-wire, 24VDC power supply with an analog 4–20 mA output and optional HART communication for seamless integration into modern control systems. Built with an IP67-rated aluminium housing and a robust polypropylene (PP) antenna, the 138 W84 offers false echo suppression, front-key programming, and a 128×64 dot matrix display for real-time monitoring.
